Soak 1 1/2 cups rolled oats in 1 cup low fat buttermilk for 15 minutes. Combine 1cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl. Whisk 2 large eggs together with 2 egg whites in a small bowl and stir in 1 1/2 cups low fat milk. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and stir.
Heat a non stick skillet over medium-high heat, and coat with cooking spray. Pour about 1/2cup batter per pancake onto hot skillet, and cook 2 minutes or until tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Flip and cook 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate; kkep warm. Cook remaining batter.
Meanwhile combine 2 cups frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tbspoon fresh lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Cook until berries pop. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Spoon blueberry sauce over pancakes; serve. Makes about 12 pancakes.
